Readers Project: Barbara’s Patriotic Inspired Fat Quarter Quilt
Note from Alanda Craft: Doesn’t this patriotic inspired fat quarter quilt look great. Barbara made this quilt from a fat quarter bundle named Glory Days. I think Barbara has attained the look she was going for. The quilt definitely has that patriotic look without being too much so.
This is another quilt made from the Snappy Quilt Pattern. I think they look lovely.
Barbara has her quilting done at the Clover Patch Quilt Shop in Utah. Doesn’t the large swirly quilting pattern on this quilt look great?.
Barbara Says:
I wanted to make a red, white and blue one for my bff from 3rd grade. (this was in 1958 and I named my daughter for her) because I know she likes those colors. But, I didn’t want it to scream patriotic. I looked and looked for a long time and finally found this bundle of fat quarters called Glory Days.
It came back yesterday.
- She has cats and dogs so I chose this paw print for the back.
